A group of food growers in Devon say they've found a way to make 10 times as much money from their produce than by selling to supermarkets. Chagford Market Garden farms just 6 acres of land in the shadow of Castle Drogo – but uses a model called subscription farming, selling direct to the customer who pays in advance. Julie Fisher has the story.

£5 and £2 for siblings

“Build A Nest”, “Egg Hunt” and see the lambs.
Play dough, mud kitchen and play area for the little ones.

Shared lunch: Seasonal soup, salad and bread – bring something to share if you can.

Parking in the layby and walk in unless otherwise arranged.
Bring wellies, appropriate and spare clothing as we’ll most likely be muddy and wet!
